ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT

Arch. Giovanni Rebecchini

In 1998 Alinvest bought a building designed by architect Giovanni Rebecchini and situated at Via Aurelia 547 in Rome, where Liuni S.p.A. opened its main branch office. The unusual building with executive office space composed of three floors above ground, a basement for use as storage space and a splendid panoramic terrace, was entirely remodeled to suit the new needs of the branch office and of other tenants.

The building, with cubic shapes, has a square main structure with a blue glass curtain wall facade surrounded by four towers of different dimensions and heights made of hand-made red brick and surrounded by an iron ramp that runs along all four sides of the building.

The red brick towers, evoking the fortresses of medieval castles, feature modern minimalist lines that blend perfectly with the crystal cube.

The open space layout ensures great freedom in decorating the interior.
